MS4 Audit Program

This project provides on-site comprehensive program analysis to ensure permit compliance for MS4 permittees.  Our highly qualified team of former State or Federal water enforcement officials meet with stake-holders, review documentation and field operations to identify all areas requiring compliance activity, and interpret permit requirements.  We weight the activities and requirements accordingly, then produce an analytical evaluation of the municipality’s compliance competence.  Gaps can then be identified, corrected, and documented allowing the organizations to be assured they are meeting their lawful obligations.  If needed, our team can help with SWMP development including customized inspections and reporting forms.
